heart linocut
Over the weekend I thought I would give printmaking a shot. Here is my attempt at linocut. It definitely needs some work, but I think I like making prints.
I like the lime green background. It's an interesting colour choice to me because I have seen similar heart images, only with a background of pink, red or parchment style. I just looked up what linocut is. I'm impressed! Doesn't sound easy at all.

Again, beautiful! I've always wanted to learn printmaking. Do you do it by hand or with a press? How long did this take you? I have so many summer goals...this is now being added as one of them. Let's have a craft day, please.
